Returns are at the buyer's expense, as explained in the shipping policies. You will have to send the package to the address we provide you and then we will review your order and take the necessary actions.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@salpi.es with your order number. We can make changes only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once your order is dispatched, we won’t be able to modify the address.
