Returns & Refund Policy
At Salpi Partners S.L., we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we offer a clear and transparent returns and refunds policy.
1. Return / Withdrawal period
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return (right of withdrawal).
2. Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.

Show no stains, odors, signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration.

Be securely packed for transit (original packaging or equivalent).
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or, where applicable, apply a reduction in refund value if the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to verify its nature/condition.
3. Non-returnable items (exceptions)
Except in case of defects, we do not accept returns for:

Underwear and intimate items.

Swimwear if the hygiene seal/liner has been removed or the item shows signs of use.

Personalized/custom-made items (if applicable).

Gift cards, which are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
4. How to request a return (RMA)

Email info@salpi.es with your order number, item(s), and reason.

We will provide an RMA/return authorization and return shipping instructions.

Pack the items securely and ship them to the provided address.
Returns sent without prior authorization (RMA) may not be accepted.
5. Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or we made a shipping/fulfillment mistake.

For defective/incorrect items, we will provide instructions and cover reasonable return costs.
6. Customs, duties & import taxes
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, and any related charges are the customer’s responsibility. Salpi Partners S.L. does not cover these costs.
If the customer refuses to pay customs charges or the parcel is held/returned for reasons not attributable to Salpi Partners S.L., a refund will be processed only after the parcel is returned and received, and the refund will be issued minus:

original outbound shipping costs (if applicable),
-
carrier return/shipping-back costs,
-
and any additional fees related to the return.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process the refund within 14 calendar days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Where applicable, we refund the cost of standard outbound shipping. We do not refund premium/express upgrades chosen by the customer, except where required by law.
8. Exchanges (size / model)
Free exchanges up to 30 days.
You may request a size exchange within 30 calendar days from delivery, subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose another available size/model or request a return in accordance with Section 1.

First exchange: free (no shipping cost).

From the second exchange onward (same order): shipping costs will be charged.

Model/color exchanges: only if available and confirmed by our team.
To request an exchange, email info@salpi.es with your order number and desired size. We will confirm availability and next steps.
9. Defective or incorrect items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact info@salpi.es as soon as possible. We will cover return costs and either send the correct item (subject to availability) or offer a full refund.
