Yes — points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned, keeping the system active and dynamic.

There are four tiers: Guest, Resident, Family, and Founder. Each tier unlocks new and better benefits as you progress through La Casa.

Benefits are unlocked once your new tier status is validated by our system. This process typically takes no longer than 3 days after reaching a new tier threshold.

You tier up automatically by accumulating La casa points through purchases and interactions. Once you hit the required threshold for the next level, you are instantly upgraded.

Once you achieve a tier, you retain that status for the remainder of the current calendar year plus the entire following year. To maintain it for the next period, simply keep repping the brand and racking up points.
